No. Flondar works as a middle layer between your practice management software and your patients. No data migration, no team retraining, your historical data is untouched. We connect inbound channels (WhatsApp, web and phone) and follow-up cadences on top of what you already use.
02 How long does implementation take?
Under 14 days in most cases, from signing to the system running 24/7 in production. That's our deployment target; we confirm it with you in the analysis.
03 How much does the initial analysis cost?
The analysis is free and takes 30 minutes. You leave with a quantified diagnostic of your four leaks (treatment plans, no-shows, inactive patients, leads) and an estimate of how much your operation recovers when the system is active. No commitment, whether or not you hire us.
04 How does the engagement work?
A one-time setup that covers integration, cadence configuration and channel connection. After that, a fixed monthly fee with no lock-in. The exact pricing is closed after the free analysis, once we know which blocks apply to your practice.
05 Which markets do you work in?
We operate mainly in the United States, with international deployments, including Europe. The system is not geographically limited: the only real operational requirement is that your practice management software has an accessible API or integration layer and that WhatsApp Business is available in your country. If you operate outside those markets, write us and we'll validate compatibility in the initial analysis.
06 What happens to my patient database?
Your patient database stays where it is (in your practice management software). Flondar creates a synced parallel system where cadences and metrics run. Full control and exportable at any time, no lock-in.
07 What if I want to cancel?
No lock-in. If you decide to leave the service, you export all your data and the automations are disabled. Your practice management software is never affected.
08 How much does it involve my front desk team?
Minimal. The system offloads work, it doesn't add to it: confirmations, follow-ups and lead replies become automatic. The front desk steps in only when the system escalates a conversation that needs a human decision.
09 Are you HIPAA compliant? Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. For US practices we operate under HIPAA-aligned controls (administrative, physical and technical safeguards under 45 CFR §164) and we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any Protected Health Information (PHI) is processed. PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based and audit-logged, and your data stays exportable and never sold or reused. Outside the US we follow GDPR (EU) and equivalent local privacy regimes.
